The World Champion Golf Fitness Assessment will give us the opportunity to learn exactly how we can assist you and which of our programs suit you best. Our goal is to have you more flexible, stronger and playing your best golf as soon as possible. This step to set goals based on your genetic real estate and create a plan to get there!
In-door 3 hour Golf Review can include: Objective 10 Point Fitness Evaluation test to direct the fitness progressions and stretching/conditioning program. A comprehensive postural/ core assessment and InBody body Composition is done. Once the evaluation has been completed, a personalized set of progressive drills will be provided with game plan moving forward.
Then the second half of the evaluation is the VIP Golf Swing Analysis. Our VIP Golf experience includes 2-D and 3-D systems providing us immediate biofeedback to determine exactly what will elevate you to the next level of your best golf.
What to Expect
Send me 2 views of your driver swing and we will start with Golf Swing Movement Screen Analysis in Advance of your arrival.
Then we transfer to the indoor golf area for an objective look at your swing mechanics, club efficiency, body and spine mechanics and swing plane. This includes a complete analysis of your core & hip efficiency and stability, postural and spine angle and how your body sequences throughout the swing.
During a sample training session we will review your entire swing sequence then take you through corrective stretches, and exercises and explain the relationship of your limitations with your golf swing. Practice makes permanent, so this opportunity allows us to connect the dots from your swing to your fitness routine. Your understanding of your new modifications to your existing swing and routine allows us to make sure you are grooving new permanent patterns for the longevity of your game.
Time: Each Golf Fitness assessment and Swing Analysis is 3 hours scheduled in advance to reserve the time.
